01Case study / BUBBL'R

Measured by what moved, not by showing up.

BUBBL'R is an antioxidant sparkling water sold through Pepsi's distributor network. We run the field for it. Merchandising the shelf in market, activating on site, and securing pouring rights at the venues where the brand should already be pouring.

02What we run
01 — The sales force

An extension of your sales force.

Our team is in the accounts through the week, not only on event days. We work the call list a rep works, layered into Pepsi's distributor network, so an activation is backed by someone who already knows the buyer.

02 — Merchandising

The shelf is the first activation.

Displays set, facings corrected, out-of-stocks caught before the shopper finds them. In-market merchandising is the least visible part of the work and the part that decides whether everything else converts.

03 — Sampling

A cold can, in one hand at a time.

Fairs, road races, campus drops and street sampling. The footprint changes by market and the job does not: get the product into a hand while the person is thirsty, and give them a reason to buy the next one themselves.

04 — Pouring rights

Rights secured, then activated.

On this account the opportunity was pouring rights. We found the national venues where BUBBL'R should already have been in hand, secured the rights, and then staffed them — so the sponsorship had a team behind it rather than a logo on a cup.

Campus drops, county fairs and race finish lines. Teams are cast to the drinker, and the recap comes from the people who were standing there.
